Our Identity
We are a business group specialized in insurance, health, and real estate solutions, committed to providing professional advisory, strategic accompaniment, and services oriented towards heritage protection and the growth of our clients.
Through PASO SEGURO CS SRL, we operate as an Insurance Brokerage firm duly constituted in accordance with Law No. 146-02 on Insurance and Bonds of the Dominican Republic, as well as Health Promoters authorized under Law No. 87-01 of the Dominican Social Security System.
Additionally, through REAL PASO, a commercial brand represented by its CEO Rafael Soto T., we develop real estate brokerage and advisory services, holding membership in the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), alongside professional CBR-01, CBR-02 certifications and a specialization in Commercial Real Estate, enhancing our capacity to advise residential, commercial, and investment operations.

Our Journey
Our History
2010 — PASO SEGURO Foundation
Born from the vision of partners Rafael Soto and Elisa Paulino. The name "PASO" comes from combining the first syllables of their last names (PA for Paulino, SO for Soto), creating an insurance brokerage firm committed to family closeness.
2022 — Real Estate Entry
Driven by a vision of diversification, Rafael Soto formally enters the real estate sector alongside REMAX METROPOLITANA, obtaining key certifications like REMAX Commercial.
2023 — REAL PASO Creation
REAL PASO is born as a real estate brand registered with ONAPI. Its name combines family initials (R de Rafael, E de Elisa, and AL PASO) to consolidate the wealth growth of our clients.
2025 — ADOCOSE Membership
In December, PASO SEGURO CS SRL formalizes its membership in the Dominican Association of Insurance Brokers (ADOCOSE), solidifying its commitment to ethics and industry best practices.
2026 — Group Consolidation
In January, AEI membership is formalized alongside CBR-01/02 certifications. In April, PASO CAPITAL GROUP is commercially registered to unify insurance, health, real estate, and wealth advisory solutions.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the Dominican insurance market, performing in technical, commercial, and strategic advisory areas in insurance and real estate.

Graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
Real Estate Specialist
REMAX Commercial, CBR-01, CBR-02 certifications, and active AEI member.

She has more than 25 years of experience in the administrative area, standing out for her extraordinary organizational capacity, strategic planning, and operational management.

Graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).
